I wanted to call back after receiving all the info to schedule my date - agent left note on pricing for another agent to refer to if I called back when he was not on duty. The moving team that showed up was very pleasant to deal with, treated furniture and home with respect; removed each piece carefully and cleaned up afterwards any debris tracked on rug.
