Both men were extremely careful with our donation making sure that they did not disturb or damage any thing in our home. Luis clearly explained your billing system and the procedure you use for determining whether or not the donation will be handed over to a charity. Both of us sincerely hope that you, in fact, DO donate our furniture to a charity since it is only two-years-old, in excellent condition, and far from being over-used.
